Warranty Policy

Warranty: 2 years (warranty does not include bulbs)

Warranty content:

1. If there is any problem with the accessories, we will give you a free replacement by express delivery, please note that you will receive it within 9~10 working days. If there is any problem with the lamps, our electrical experts will solve it within 1~2 working days.

2. If your product is malfunctioning due to a circuit, please note the following time limits:
Please make sure your electrician or repair person knows how to use your product and is qualified with the appropriate skills.

3. To ensure that you receive the best service, we recommend that you use a professional when installing and using your product.

Not covered by warranty:

1. Man-made damage
Damage not caused by the quality of the product itself, including but not limited to
Damage to the product's own parts due to improper use (e.g. collision, dropping) or misuse (e.g. water ingress)

2. Damage caused by natural disasters

Note: The company will continue to provide technical support during the validity of this agreement and help you solve the problems that arise in the use of the product. However, you will be required to pay the cost of replacement and technical support.

How to apply for 2-year warranty?

Please tell our customer service by email about the problems you encountered with your lamps, our customer service will give you a solution within 24 hours of receiving your email, if the product parts are damaged, we will arrange the parts, the parts will be delivered in 9~10 days, if there is a problem with the lamps, our customer service will feed back the problem to the electrical experts, our electrical experts will solve the problem for you within 1~2 working days.
