FREE SHIPPING on all orders in USA, UK, Canada, Australia,Singapore, New Zealand, Ireland, fast & safe shipping.

Note: Our fixtures do not support delivery to military bases.

Shipping Time:

Normally, we need 2-3 working days to arrange the order and 9 -14 (Nature days) to ship by  Express for most orders.    

Package: We always check and pack all the goods carefully before shipment, the lamps are packed in foam boxes, cardboard boxes and thick wooden crates, wrapped in layers to prevent scratches or breakage.  If the product you receive is broken, please contact us by email, we will solve your problem within 24 hours after receiving the email, and we are always responsible for the product during the 2-year warranty period.

 

Tax and Customs Duties

When your order arrives in the destination country, you may be required to pay additional charges for the import process. These typically include import taxes, customs duties, and other related customs fees. Please note that these additional charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country based on local tax regulations.

As the recipient of the package, you are responsible for bearing these additional import costs. Please understand that as the

sender, we are not liable for these expenses. To gain specific information about these potential extra charges, we recommend you proactively contact the local customs office.

Additionally, as the recipient, it's your responsibility to be aware of the postal regulations in your country or region, including any restrictions on items that can be mailed. Since these regulations vary by country, we cannot assume responsibility for any items that are not accepted by certain countries.

How do I estimate the Delivery Time?

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

The Estimated Delivery Date is when we expect to fulfill your order based on your country/region and the shipping method you specified. Processing Time along with Shipping Time is counted.

The Estimated Delivery Date could be affected by our inventory availability, processing capacity, and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disaster. We will notice you in advance if there are factors that might cause delay in delivering your order.

Standard products: products currently in stock

Processing Time:2-3 (working days)

Shipping Time:9 -14 (Nature days)

Unconventional products: products that are currently out of stock/need to be customized

Processing time and shipping time will be longer than regular, because of the uncertainty of size and other factors, we can't give you the exact delivery time, but if you need to customize it, our customer service representative will tell you the approximate production time as well as the delivery time after we receive the feedback from our designer team.

Please Note: We are not liable for delay caused by the following situations

  1. Contact information or delivery address is changed/corrected after placing the order;
  2. The product(s) in your order is re-specified, such as changing to a different color, different size, etc, after placing the order;
  3. The first delivery attempt is within the Estimated Delivery Date. If the courier has made a first-time delivery attempt within the Estimated Delivery Date, but you missed it/ arranged a pick-up/ the address was invalid, we are not liable for the time when you could actually get the package;
  4. Your delivery address is in remote area

How to know the logistics dynamics of an order

We will send you a shipment notification by email or SMS after delivery.

Express parcels: In the email or SMS, you will receive the logistics bill number, inquiry website and approximate delivery time provided by us.
