Customize Color

If you find a specific design of chandelier in our websit  that you like, but you only need a different size or color. 
Simply send us an email with the following information

  • Which product – it’s a good idea to send us a link to the product
  • The specific color you want, such as gold or chrome.

Our designer will reply to you within 24 hours and provide you with a quote.

Customized Time

Processing time for regular products is 2-3 days and shipping time is 9-14 days. But because customized products are not part of our stock products, we need to collect and purchase the materials you need for the product, and after getting these materials according to the designer's drawings for production, if the production process encountered other problems our production team also need to stop the production to solve the production of this customized lamp produced by the problem, so the customized product processing and production time we can't Guarantee.

But our exclusive customer service staff will tell you at each different stage of our production process, and in the production of the product after the success of the information will be customized product pictures and video to your acceptance, you are satisfied, we will be shipped, shipped to us will also provide you with the transport order number, you can check the transport status of your customized lamps and lanterns through the transport order number.

The customization stages are as follows:

  • Designer receives your design needs
  • Designer draws designer drawings according to your needs
  • The production team purchases materials according to the material of the product
  • Enter the production stage after the material is successfully prepared
  • Test hanging and checking after production is finished
  • Send you feedback pictures and videos of the finished design.
  • We will arrange the shipment as soon as you feel it meets your requirements.
